The Secretary of State of Infraestructures of the Ministry of Public Works, Victor Morlan, has inaugurated the stretch of the High Way of Navarra (A-15) between Cubo de la Solana – Los Rábanos, built by Rover Alcisa. In its intervention, the secretary of State of Infrastructures, has stand out the importance of such work "as this means to connect Soria with Almazán. This infrastructure constitutes a transcendental work for Soria and it is of great importance from the communication point of view".

In the act of inauguration, Mr Víctor Morlán has exchanged thoughts with the General Director of Rover Alcisa Constructions, José Luis Macicior. The stretch carried out by Rover Alcisa, is situated in the province of Soria and goes by the municipal districts of Cubo de la Solana and Los Rábanos.

Along the first two kilometres, the high way travels along in parallel form and practically adjoining to the actual N-111. Towards the pk 59+000, the trunk of the highway separates from the actual N-111, getting deeper into the forest and forming a turnoff to Lubia town.

On the pk 62+000 is placed the only link of this stretch, the link of Lubia that is made with a diamond typology with a low way of highway connected on the right edge with N-111.
