Rover Alcisa has finished the building of the municipal residential building in the maritime neighbourhood of Canyamelar. The building is destined to people over 60's retired and pensioners residents in Valencia.

The building is in the neighbourhood of the Cabañal-Canyamelar and its building stands for its well finished exteriors that contemplate typical references of the area such as facades in two colours, using face brick in blue and grey enamelled.

The centre counts with two floors. The ground floor, where we find the café next to a room of multiple uses and an office next to the entrance.

The most outstanding materials are the tiled floor of black marble used in the common areas of the building, or the placated Sierra Elvira in the café.

On the first floor two rooms for workshops have been placed that are isolated by a mobile partition of laminated glass and two offices for the staff of the centre.
