Through this first contract with Aramco, the largest state of Saudi Arabia, the country enters a consortium providing infrastructure investments in excess of 80,000 million dollars annually. For CART, "the investment capacity of the first customer is a guarantee of future business development in the Arab country."

For its part, the Saudi partner CART, the AA building Turki Corporation (ATCO), is also one of the nation's leading companies with businesses covering sectors such as port services, energy, construction and telecommunications. After this first award Rover Alcisa, Cyes, Torrescámara and Arín trust to strengthen its position in Saudi Arabia with future new contracts.
