| The Rover Alcisa Group manages the allocation of the environmental integration in the airport of Malaga |

The Rover Alcisa Group has achieved by means of the joint venture of two of its companies Alcisa Rover Alcisa Constructions and Construred the award of the integration both environmental and landscape in Malaga-Costa del Sol Airport. The contract encompasses other new green areas and landscaping around the airport grounds, including a unique irrigation and integrated system. The implementation deadline is of 24 months and has an investment of 5 million euros.
The Rover Alcisa Group is responsible for the actions for the landscaping of all areas, that having been unaffected by the vast expansion works are considered necessary to provide all the airport grounds a final image coherent and harmonious regarding areas regarding existing ones.
In addition to the actions included in the project it includes the provision of an irrigation network single and integrated, which will facilitate the management of green areas and for saving.
The environmental and landscape integration responds to the need for improving the whole airport area, both from all inside and from their immediate environment, in the access to the airport. Above all, taking into account the expansion works that run from 2004 under Plan Málaga.
Once completed the series of actions that underpin the Plan Málaga; the Málaga-Costa del Sol airport and is spread over an area of 550 hectares (approximately 750 football fields), an increase of space involver the incorporation of new green areas to existing line and mix until fully integrated.
Among the new areas to be landscaped, highlight the area of the new airfield outside the security zone of the runaway surface adjacent to the future north access, occupied by the rest of the extension works, facilities and roads in general, existing in the former definition of the airport service area as those who have been following the execution of the extension work, etc, and those existing gardens that require conditioning work. |
