Rover Alcisa begins the work on the expansion of the Science Park at the University in Paterna. This extension involves urban development of unit 01 and 02 of the special land use management of Paterna Campus of the University of Valencia. Execution Unit 01 covers and area of 9,259 m2. Unit 02 covers an area of 119,430 m2.

The development of these sectors is to provide infrastructure and services needed for optimal functioning and of various measures on the roads, in firm and pavements as well as the sewage system, It is also planned network performances in the drinking water supply, irrigation network, electricity, public lighting, telephone and gas.

The works of the future expansion of the Science Park of the University of Valencia in Paterna also provide in the areas mentioned above and also includes signage, landscaping, works and furniture.
