We understand our social responsibility as a voluntary, corporative and transversal action, that takes part in all companies and unities of the Rover Alcisa Group, as far that our activities are related with our groups of interest, both internal and external ones.
Is this way how our social responsibility sets the systems, methods and ways of work of all our employers and companies.
It promotes ethics and the culture of quality work; it secures development and continuous improvement.

It promotes innovation and formation and watches over our activities, for them to be sustainable and respectful with the environment and society. It ensures equal opportunities and imposes security at work and promotes a good labour atmosphere and the conciliation with both labour and family life.
Social responsibility is also the way that the Rover Alcisa Group uses to restore to society and the environment a part of which it has received from them, investing part of the benefits in services of public interest and sponsoring environmental, sports and cultural initiatives.

In between the external actions, we can outstand the help we provide to social dinning halls and shelter, the sponsorship of charity sports activities, agreements with other foundations or associations with social purposes and many other of altruistic kind that are administrated through the Rover Alcisa Foundation.
In between the internal actions, we can standout the annual grants campaigns for employers and their families, the establishment of flexible timetables and the disposal for the employer's use, of corporative bicycles for them to move in an ecological way. It also outstands the great impulse for the formation of our employers: last year 956 students received 17.238 hours of specialized formation.
